Proof that the internet makes you stupid: I was listening to The Ring and I: The Passion, The Myth, The Mania, a RadioLab episode about Wagner’s Ring Cycle, and feeling in pretty safe territory culture-wise. One lady on the program reckoned that Wagner is second only to Christ in the number of books written about a single topic, so I decided to do some casual browsing on Amazon.
The title is good, the reviews are better.
